DoubleTwist: Mit Amazon-Store – ohne iPhone-Unterstützung

DoubleTwist, der kostenlose, bereits im April vorgestellte, Mediaplayer für Win und Mac steht seit heute früh in Version 1.0b9 zum Download bereit und integriert nun auch den Zugriff auf Amazons Music-Store in der iTunes-ähnlichen Oberfläche. Ansonsten sieht es für iPhone- bzw. iPod-Besitzer eher mau aus. Zwar bietet DoubleTwist die Video- und Musik-Synchronisation mit zahlreichen Smartphones und Einfach-Handys an, versteht sich jedoch immer noch nicht mit aktuellen Versionen des iPhone OS. DoubleTwist erkennt ältere iPod-Generationen und das iPhone OS in Version 2.0 – erlaubt die Synchronisation entsprechender Geräte jedoch nur unter Windows. Eine kurzes Demo-Video (Youtube-Link) der interessanten iTunes-Alternative für euer Zweit-Handy haben wir im Anschluss für euch.
